Refund Policy

At CampusPrint, we aim to provide fast and reliable printing services. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund After Printing Starts

Once an order has entered the "PRINTING" stage, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because the service involves custom printing specific to your request.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Payment was successful, but the order was not processed.
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
  • The order could not be fulfilled due to technical or operational issues from our side.

3. Incorrect Files Uploaded

CampusPrint is not responsible for errors in files uploaded by the user. No refund will be issued for incorrect content, formatting, or file selection submitted by the user.

4. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days. CampusPrint is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

5. Quality Issues

If you receive a defective or poor-quality print due to our fault, you may request a reprint or refund. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they move to the "PRINTING" stage. Once printing has started, cancellation is not allowed.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
